1 Box of Nordic Ware’s Vanilla Bundt Cake Mix:
- Mix packets
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
Vanilla Bean Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 2-3 Tbsp milk
- Optional toppings: fresh berries or chopped nuts
Prepare 10 Cup Bundt Pan with baking spray with flour and use a prastry brush to evenly coat the pan. Prepare Vanilla Bundt Cake Mix and bake according to package instructions. Cool cake completely.
Prepare mix according to instructions. In a small bowl, combine sugar and butter. Add vanilla and stir in milk gradually to achieve desired consistency. Pour over cooled cake. Serve with fresh berries or chopped nuts (optional).
