Single Butterscotch Micro Bundt® Cake

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp butterscotch sauce
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Prep Micro Bundt with baking spray containing flour. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour into prepared Micro Bundt. Microwave for 60-90 seconds until cake is done. Let cake cool in pan for 3-5 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. Makes 1 Micro Bundt.
