The ultimate haunted house Bundt with your favorite Fall flavors! Bake this delicious spiced pumpkin Haunted House Bundt for a moist, flavorful and classic cake. Add fun webbing with marshmallow fluff and other Halloween decorations for an impressive display.
Ingredients
Cake:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin (about 2 cups)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
Optional:
- Marshmallow fluff for webbing
- Halloween candies for decoration
For Halloween Display:
- Mini chocolate chips for around the Haunted Manor
- Sugar in the Raw for front “dirt”
- Sliced almonds for stepping stones
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Haunted Manor Bundt with baking spray containing flour and use a pastry brush to evenly coat all the details of the pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, spices and salt. Set aside. Using a mixer, blend sugars, oil and pumpkin. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Slowly add flour mixture, milk and vanilla and mix until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan, filling only 3/4 full. Gently tap pan on counter top to remove air bubbles. Note, there will be leftover batter. Bake extra muffins or mini cakes!
Bake Bundt for 70-80 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Check cake at 70 minutes and add more time if needed from there. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling grid.
Decorating: Build a Halloween Display- Follow these steps
- Place Pumpkin Haunted Manor Bundt on a flat platter
- Add mini chocolate chips around the cake, except for the front of the manor.
- Add Sugar in the Raw to the front to create a dirt surface
- Place almond slices in front of manor steps to create “stone steps”
- If desired, create “spider webs” with marshmallow fluff (watch our Tik Tok video for what this looks like) and wrap around the cake to create webs.
- Add other decorations such as candies, plastic spiders, tombstones, tea lights, etc.

Really good recipe! I filled it up 3/4 full like what it said but it didn’t rise enough to fill up the pumpkin parts so I might fill it up more and just trim excess to make sure all the design shows.
