- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare pan with shortening and flour or baking spray. In small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside. In another bowl, blend brown sugar, butter and eggs. Add vanilla, yogurt, and flour mixture. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared Mini Bundt Cupcake Pan, filling each cavity 3/4 full and tap gently on counter to release air bubbles. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. Decorate as desired. Makes 12 mini cakes.

Awesome lil bit size cakes. Huge hit!! Easy to make, moist flavorful. I cut sugar back a bit. Came out perfect

I have made this recipe several times. It’s great, but it’s MUCH better if you replace half the brown sugar with maple syrup.

I bought the mini bundt cupcake pan and this recipe was on the back. It was easy to execute and they came out perfect and delicious. My daughter wants me to make a regular sized bundt cake with this. I am definitely going to be trying more recipes, we enjoyed this one immensely.
