Mini Butterscotch Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 ½ Tbsp milk
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp butterscotch sauce
- 2 Tbsp self rising flour
- 2 Tbsp boiling water
- Whipped cream
- Toffee bits
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except boiling water and blend until smooth. Prepare Micro Bundt with baking spray containing flour. Pour batter into pan. Carefully add boiling water and fold into batter slightly. Microwave for 2 minutes at 50% power. Add time if necessary. Cake is done when the top is firm to the touch. Top with whipped cream and toffee bits if desired. Makes 1 Micro Bundt cake.
