This cake features our Lemon Zest Bundt Mix, sized to fit any 10 cup Bundt Pan or cake pan equivalent. Just add butter, milk, and eggs to the mix for a tasty Lemon Bundt Cake, topped with bright citrus glaze for the ultimate combo.
Ingredients
1 Box of Nordic Ware’s Lemon Zest Bundt® Cake Mix:
- Mix packets
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 eggs
Citrus Glaze:
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp lemon zest (plus more if desired)
Directions
Prepare 10 Cup Bundt Pan with baking spray with flour and use a prastry brush to evenly coat the pan. Mix Lemon Zest Bundt Mix and bake according to package instructions. Cool cake completely.
For glaze, whisk all citrus glaze ingredients together in a bowl. For a slightly thinner glaze, add ½ tsp more lemon juice. Add more zest to taste if desired. Pour over cooled cake.
