For a quick and easy treat, create these sweet and healthy roasted banana bowls, oven baked with just honey and cinnamon. Serve roasted bananas with yogurt or ice cream, topped with granola, coconut, chocolate chips, etc. The options are endless!
Ingredients
- 2-3 medium bananas, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
- 1-2 Tbsp honey (plus more if desired)
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon (plus more if desired)
- *Granola
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Serving Suggestions: ice cream, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, nut butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F. Slice the peeled bananas in half and place on a Quarter Baking Sheet. Drizzle bananas with honey and sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through and soft. Build bowls with vanilla Greek yogurt topped with roasted bananas, granola, and other desired toppings. Serve immediately.
