Gluten Free Tomato and Smoked Provolone Pizza

• 1 9-inch prepared gluten-free pizza crust* (or any 9-inch crust desired) Udi’s Gluten-Free Thin and Crispy Pizza Crusts (2 pk)
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 3/4 cup shredded smoked Provolone cheese, divided
• 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese, divided
• 3-4 thin slices of fresh tomato
• 3-4 grape tomatoes, sliced in thirds, lengthwise
• 1/4 tsp dried oregano
• Freshly ground black pepper

*Pizza crust used in this recipe is Udi’s Gluten Free Thin and Crispy Pizza Crusts (2pk). Substitute crust with any 9” crust if desired.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray Naturals 9” Hot Air Pizza Crisper lightly with olive oil spray. In a small sauté pan, sauté garlic with olive oil over medium heat until lightly browned. Place gluten free pizza crust on pan and brush garlic olive oil. Sprinkle crust with 1/2 cup shredded smoked Provolone cheese and 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese. Add thin sliced tomatoes and grape tomatoes. Top with remaining Provolone and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of pizza are lightly browned. Note: baking times will vary depending on crust used. This timing is specifically for Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust. Let cool slightly and serve immediately.
