Ingredients
- 1/ 2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/ 2 cup brown sugar
- 1/ 4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/ 4 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/ 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/ 4 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/ 2 cup oats
- 3/ 4 cup m&ms
- 1/ 2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/ 4 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugars. Add egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon and peanut butter. Add flour and oats, mix until combined. Next add the M&Ms, chocolate chips and raisins making sure to scrap the sides of the bowl.
Roll batter into tablespoon size balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until the edges are just turning brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
