Create homemade frozen yogurt and fruit granola bites using our French Tartlette Pan. These mini frozen treats have a delicious peanut butter granola bottom topped with yogurt and fruit- so easy and kid-friendly! Enjoy as a healthy snack option or a refreshing quick breakfast in the morning.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter of choice)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup granola
- 1-1.5 cups yogurt of choice
- Toppings: fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
Directions
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat peanut butter and maple syrup for about 20-30 seconds until melted. Mix in granola until fully coated. Fill each cavity in the French Tartelette Pan with a small amount of granola mixture to fill the bottom and press down. Add yogurt of choice over the granola until the cavities are filled. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
Freeze overnight for best results. When ready to serve, let pan thaw for 1-2 minutes so yogurt bites loosen slightly and gently push out of cavity to release. Be careful not to over-thaw as the bites will melt. Serve immediately. Store extra bites in freezer for ready- to- go snacks. Makes 12 tartlettes.
