Double Chocolate Bundt Cake with Espresso Chocolate Glaze

1 Box of Nordic Ware’s Double Chocolate Bundt Cake Mix:

• Mix packets
• 1 cup boiling water
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 eggs

Espresso Chocolate Glaze:

• 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
• ¼ cup whole milk
• 1-2 tsp instant espresso powder

Prepare 10 Cup Bundt Pan with baking spray with flour and use a prastry brush to evenly coat the pan. Prepare Double Chocolate Bundt Mix and bake according to package instructions. Cool cake completely.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped chocolate and milk and microwave 20-30 seconds. Add espresso powder (to taste) and stir mixture to combine into a glossy glaze. Use immediately and carefully pour over cake when ready to serve.
