S’more Layer Bars

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/ 2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/ 4 cup sugar
- 1/ 2 teaspoon salt
- 3/ 4 cup butter, melted
- Fudge:
- 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces semi- sweet chocolate chips, about 2 cups
- Topping:
- 1 1/2-2 cups mini marshmallows
Directions
Preheat oven to 35O˚ F. Butter square cake pan and combine crust ingredients. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 1O minutes. While baking the crust, combine chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk in saucepan. Melt together on medium heat and stir until smooth. Pour chocolate once graham crust is baked, and cooled spreading gently and evenly. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows. Brown marshmallow layer with kitchen torch or place pan under the broiler for a minute or until nicely browned. Refrigerate before cutting and serving.
