Smoked Soy Ginger Glazed Salmon

This smokey, flavorful ginger salmon recipe is a must to add to your dinner menu! So simple to prepare using our full-sized indoor/outdoor smoker for a quick summer meal to share with the family.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
- 3/4-1 lb. salmon fillet (tuna or swordfish also work well)
Directions
Mix together soy sauce, onion, ginger and sesame seeds in a shallow pan. Place fish in marinade, turning to coat. Marinade for at least 30 minutes or for best results, refrigerate and marinade overnight. Prepare smoker by adding wood chips of choice to the bottom of the pan. Place drip pan on top and add water to tray for wet smoking method. Place tray on top and transfer marinated salmon. Smoke at the recommended temperature of 190°-210°F for 25-30 minutes or until salmon is done (depends on size of salmon being cooked).
