1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Preheat griddle over medium heat and brush with unsalted vegetable shortening or oil before each use.
3. Pour 2 Tbsp batter into each cavity and cook until the center bubbles and the edges become golden brown.
4. Flip each pancake with a non-metal utensil, and continue cooking until toothpick inserted in center of pancakes comes out clean. We recommend wooden skewers or chopsticks, a small silicone spatula or a plastic fork for flipping.

I bought the Snowflake pancake griddle for Christmas to make mini pancakes fir my niece. The first one I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love it. It makes perfect pancakes. It’s lightweight & easy to use & clean. I will buy more products.

I gave this to my brother at the baby shower. Something fun to look forward to doing with his baby as he grows up. He was very excited. It’s very cute and high quality. The baby can’t eat pancakes yet but my brother keeps ‘practicing? and said the designs turn out great.
