Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Do not soak or wash in dishwasher as wood can crack or warp.
2. To preserve your rolling pin, brush with a light coat of food grade mineral oil or beeswax after washing.

Always used my big marble rolling pin. Now with this french rolling pin.. Love it.. what a ease of using compared to my big heavy one.
