We removed all nonstick pans after purchasing ceramic pans. These pans are sturdy, easy to clean, very efficient in conducting heat and nothing sticks to the pan. The one disadvantage is the sides of the pan are not sloped.

Love these pans! I purchased the set of 3 and use them all daily. Nothing sticks and everything cooks beautifully and evenly. I always add a drizzle of olive oil or a bit of bitter. The clean up is great, do not even have to scrub. I enjoy cooking again. A good pan makes such a difference.
