1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
4. Pan is safe to 400° F (205° C). 5. Always use oven mitts to handle a hot pan.

Didn’t see that these weren’t made in USA , but no biggie as the quality is really good, pans have a nice weight to them and cakes came out great. Suggestion to Nordicware, stamp on the back of the pan some info…. maximum temperature for use, size of pan, and not dishwasher safe. They are on the cardboard packaging but once you toss it out or misplace it…… I don’t know about other people but these friendly reminders would help me out a lot.
