The Seashell pan is a gift for Daughter-in-law. I have looked the pan over. The design is adorable. I am sure she will like it when she receives it.

I just purchased this pan about 1 month ago and have used it one time. I tested it for special coconut cookies, which I ate when I was a child. The pan performed beautifully. When I flipped those little cookies over, my eyes were wide opened, staring at those little details on little bite size cookies. As always, cookies slid right out of pan effortlessly. I used a little toothbrush, warm water and dishwashing soap to clean up the internal of these little “cute” figures/batter compartments and a soft sponge for the outside. It was very little crumbs stick to the pan, mostly residual oil from coconut milk. I quickly wiped the pan with a towel and put it into a hot oven for about 5 minutes than shut the oven off. Now it is ready to be put away. This is a perfect pan for anyone who is seeking something for a “summer theme”. Highly recommended!

Nordic ware never disappoints. Love this pan. The grandchildren will flip out when they see it and I tell them they are going bake the next batch. I know summer is over but it will be a treat to look at it and bake with it over winter too.

Used this today to make snacks for the office. I used the Coconut Rum Seashell Cake Bites recipe. It was a great hit and I already have a request for the recipe and to borrow the pan.
Tips – I use a metal cake tester to nudge the batter into the corners. I also use the spray with flour in it from my local food service supplier (Gordon’s Food Service) but the one from the grocery store works well too, I’ve used both on my Nordic Ware pans. If you are adapting a recipe and don’t know how long to bake to get them done, test the internal temperature with a thermometer. 200 – 205 degrees will be perfectly done.
