I have owned this pan for decades! I originally purchased it at The Harry and David store that used to be at a local mall. I used it for scones, sure, but it is also fun for the tube containers of cinnamon dough. You just cut each circle of dough in half and put them into the sectons cut side on the flat side of the triangle. You end up with cute triangle mini rolls! Watch them though…..as they are smaller sections they won’t need as much cooking time as on the package directions.

I got my first mini scone pan a few years ago and liked it so much I got a second one. I’ve used it for any number of scone recipes, brownies, cornbread, and have even used it with cookie dough. Hubby says “they just taste better” when the recipe is made with my mini scone pan. It releases well, with no breakage of the corners. As I’m impatient and many recipes make enough for two pans, having both pans, I don’t have to wait – they both go in the oven at the same time!

My family is a big fan of scones for breakfast, snacks and dessert. It’s easy to pat in the dough. I’ve used both regular and grain free recipes in this pan and they release and come out perfectly formed. The quality of Nordicware is absolutely amazing and I’m happy to support an American made company. I have used many of their baking pans over the years. I love giving them as gifts to new brides because I know the quality is there and they will last years. Everything comes so nicely packaged. I love this company!

I used to make scones kind of freeform, but after getting this pan, they turn out better and more consistent than before. Just smaller 🙂 I’ve used it many, many times, and it always turns out a great product. A real hit with everyone!

This is my most used baking pan. Small size allows me to treat the diabetics and the carb-conscious in my life to *a* scone for elevenses and tea time. Use Nordic Ware’s chocolate chip recipe but substitute currants, raisins, sultanas, crystallized ginger, dried blueberries, cherries, cranberries, etc. — briefly soaked in strong tea or whisk(e)y, or not.

Nordic Ware is always my first choice in bakeware

I own several mini-scone pans and have given several as gifts. I use a spray-on substance such as Baker’s Joy, even with the non-stick finish, and scones, brownies, cornbread, and everything release perfectly after a cooling period of some 10-15 minutes. I love the heavy cast aluminum and will not bake with anything but Nordic Ware.
