Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

The cake came out of the pan perfectly. I did add a generous amount of butter and cooking spray to the pan though. Without properly prepping the pan this way you won’t get the desired shape. Also the cake turned out much darker than the picture lol The photos for the product are clearly showcased and not 100% accurate on results. It still looks beautiful, but in order to get those light and dark lines to define the mold, you probably need to glaze the deep ridges with butter, sugar, or an egg wash to get that clean look. Still lovely, but not 100% accurate for all bakes lol It takes some finesse.

I have collected all of Nordic Ware’s autumn related baking pieces and love them–the only drawback to this bundt pan is that it cannot sit evenly inside the oven on a normal rack. Just keep that in mind.
