Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I’ve owned 2 of these pound cake pans for about 10 years. Very sturdy, and hold up well to baking and washing. This one is a gift for a new bride, and I know she’ll use it for years to come.

I returned my previous cake pans to Nordic for the ones I have now. I baked 7-Up cakes in both my pans and just loved the way they turned out. No sticking to sides or bottom of the pans on my first use. I just hope on my next use, they will continue not to stick. If this happened it will be awesome. So far, I love my pans.

I had my doubts about whether this would work for angel food since it has a non-stick coating, but it worked beautifully.
