I returned my previous cake pans to Nordic for the ones I have now. I baked 7-Up cakes in both my pans and just loved the way they turned out. No sticking to sides or bottom of the pans on my first use. I just hope on my next use, they will continue not to stick. If this happened it will be awesome. So far, I love my pans.
