1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Not recommended for dishwasher use, as discoloration will occur but will not affect baking properties.
2. Season pan with a solid or spray vegetable shortening before each baking use or line with parchment paper.
3. Scouring pads and metal utensils may scratch pan, but will not affect baking performance.
4. Aluminum is reactive to the acids in certain foods such as vinegar and tomato products which may darken, pit or corrode the pan.

Large classic cookie sheet is just what you want to use for baking a batch of cookies. Use parchment paper. Hand wash the cookie sheet when cool. It performs great. And one side edge enables you to slide the parchment paper off the cookie sheet allowing the cookies to continue cooling.

This cookie sheet did not come pretty, it came scratched and warped, so I was disappointed. However, it cooks fine after I weighted it down for a few weeks with books. I did this same review twice before, and nordicware never posted it.

I have 5, they are the best! Bake evenly have given and recommended often. Also love the basic cake pans. Beats all the heavy pans out there that I can barely lift with two hands!! Love Nordic Ware! Please don’t change!

Have owned a similar cookie sheet for over 15 years, it is the best. It does not warp (unlike all other “air” cookie sheets I have), and is still in good condition. College kid needed cookie sheet to make pizza, went right back here to buy him and myself new cookie sheets. I’m sure they will work just as exceptional as the old one.

all my old cookie sheets had 3 sides without any edges. I was afraid edges on this one too much – NO SO. The edges are just enough to prevent cookies, or whatever, from sliding off but not so much edge that is more like a sheet pan. Perfection in a cookie sheet
