Naturals® Half Sheet with Rack, Cookie Cutters and Spatula

HALF SHEET

• Pan is oven-safe to 500° F (260° C). Safe for broiling.
• Use of butter or oil will improve browning and release of foods.
• Parchment paper may be used and makes cleanup simple.
• Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes.
• Metal utensils and cleaning brushes will scratch the surface of your pan and are not recommended; however, scratches do not change the cooking properties or safety of your pans, which are made to last a lifetime.

CARE FOR YOUR PANS

• Natural aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
• Hand washing is recommended with warm, soapy water.
• Automatic dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur from detergent reacting with aluminum. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.

NONSTICK GRID

• Nonstick grid feet have temporary protective plastic covers to prevent scratches and should be removed and discarded before use in oven.
• Hand wash with warm, soapy water.
• Grid is oven-safe to 4OO°F.

COOKIE CUTTERS

• Hand wash with warm, soapy water.
• Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used.
• Cookie cutters are functionally sharp; use caution.

SPATULA

• Hand wash with warm, soapy water.
• Do not soak wooden handles in water.
• Silicone heads are dishwasher safe. Remove from wooden handle before placing in dishwasher.
