Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

I could never say enough about how I love these pans ! I have ordered several, some as gifts and we all agree how great they bake. I make Pineapple upside down cakes in them and they are always “PERFECT” the quality is out-standing – Thank You for making exceptional items !

Several of my recipes are very specific regarding the size required for a cake pan. In the past I have tried to make a 9″ cake pan work for a required 10″ cake pan. No matter how I attempted to “adjust” the batter pour into the pan it never quite cooked to the recipe specifications. Having a 10″ cake pan is well worth adding to your required kitchen baking items. Additionally, the even baking of the finished product is delightful.

These are heavy duty, commercial strength and weigh pans. I love that they will never rust so I will have my entire life. Can’t say enough good things about Nordic Ware. Very happy customer. Thank you!
