I love my new Jubilee pan. I made a chocolate chip loaf with a chocolate drizzle and it turned out beautifully.

Used this for a village show lemon drizzle. People were amazed at the shape. The little wells on top are perfect for helping the drizzle soak in, or for holding the toffee sauce for Sticky Toffee Pudding. Thank you, Nordicware, for another great mould. I don’t use Baker’s Joy as I am coeliac and it has wheat in it, but the cake turns out perfectly if I brush with melted butter and then put in a tablespoon of GF flour, tilt it around, and knock out the excess upside down.

Most of my bread recipes are for an 8 cup loaf pan and this one is 6 cup so I had to modify the most recent attempt, but the loaf sure came out pretty.

The cast aluminum is my most favorite! Durable, long lasting, beautiful designs and made in the USA. This product is by far top quality and will last for generations to come.

I actually bought this pan just to make the Blood Orange Cake recipe. It did not disappoint. The cakes turn out gorgeous and the recipe was delicious.
