Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand
wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is
not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and
dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray
containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular
cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more
than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners
should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Cute little cakes. Made mini coffee cakes for the neighbors at Christmas. Follow directions and all works well.

Love this pan. The size of loaf and cooking time work out great. Holiday designs are nice, but wish they also made the same size pan/loaf’s with solid flat bottoms. Cleaning the cracks and crevices is a small challenge.

Great quality and heavy enough to resist dents for years to come. No wonder there’s a lifetime warranty on this product! Although I haven’t used it yet, with a light greasing (please, no non-stick sprays because they build up residue), I had no trouble releasing cakes from other Nordic Ware novelty pans. I think that this pan is great for people like me with limited decorating skills. Just sift a little confectioners sugar on your cakes & you’re good to go.
