This is my least favorite of all the cookie stamps and I have most of the designs. This makes a really thick cookie — too thick for my preferences. With the other stamps, you can adjust the thickness of the cookie according to individual preference. In order to get the wonderful design from this stamp, you have to make a thick cookie.

Got these just before Christmas. Used the recipe on the box had some problems with the dough at first but figured it out. I like that they are very sturdy.

I’m thrilled with Nordic Ware’s cookie stamps. They form beautiful cookies, especially if you learn the best techniques for using the stamps. After reading a number of reader suggestions, I’ve found the following to be pretty much fool-proof : freeze the stamps for at least 30 minutes. Form the dough into balls, (85 grams or more) each, 12 per bake pan. Take out one stamp at a time and dip into confectioners sugar, brushing off excess. Press down on 3 balls of dough, then return the stamp to the freezer. If you use a stamp more than 3 times before re-freezing, the dough is likely to stick to the stamp so better to take another out of the freezer and follow the same technique.

I make 12+ varieties of cookies for family, neighbors, etc every year as well as cookies for parties through the season. These cookie stamps are high quality, were easy to use, and clean but most importantly the actual stamp came out and looked great!! Very excited for next year! So far everything I have purchased from this company has been high quality!

Cookies came out perfect. Super detailed. Chilling dough is the secret. I rolled out dough on silpat put on sheet pan chilled a little in the fridge then did cutouts and removed excess dough to reroll and cut. Like I said came out perfect.

I have all of Nordic Ware’s other cookie stamps and love them, so I was excited about this style. I used the recipe on the box and ended up with a sticky dough that got stuck in the cutter. Rolling the dough in sugar as the recipe recommends produced a super sweet cookie. I like the design, but I am so disappointed, that I don’t want to try it again.
