Our Grill Tent is ideal for foods with varying thickness such as chicken, bone-in pork chops, and ribs, where some parts just need more direct heat while others need less. Thermally speaking, this tent lets you position thicker parts of food nearer to the grill, while angling thinner portions upward and away from the heat source to cook at a slower rate. Made of heavy duty brushed stainless steel for a lifetime of rust-free use. The surface is perforated to allow smoke and heat to reach your food for optimal flavor. Have you ever tried grilling bacon? You will not be disappointed if you do; simply drape bacon over the tent and cook to desired doneness. 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners may scratch product, but will not affect performance.
