2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Nylon or silicone utensils are recommended.

This pan is a must for fish. It works on the grill or in the oven. You can use the steamer lid or leave off. It cooks the fish perfectly every time. Non stick coating is easy to maintain and the size is perfect for the length of a red salmon! Its amazing!

I made the most delicious, mosts beautifully cooked red snapper in my fish shaped multi-cooked. I first drove top seared it then covered it and baked it. I am a chef who cooks often and was absolutely impressed with this product like NO OTHER! I made a cooking video broadcasting it and have had 4 friends go out and get it!

We use it every time we grill. We either use it for vegetables or fish! :q
