Traditional French crullers are made from a special choux pastry dough that is piped rather than cut, then deep-fried. They are typically topped with a vanilla glaze that soaks into the ribs of the twist. They are remarkably delicious doughnuts. Baked doughnuts are lighter than deep-fried, easier to make than homemade French crullers, and equally tasty.

Use & Care
- Before initial use, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
- Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
- Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
- Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
- Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces
