I finally used my pan for the first time and absolutely love it. I baked a chocolate banana bread in it and not only did the bread turn out perfect….it popped out of the pan with no issues whatsoever. The pan feels very solid and is really pretty. If you are considering a new loaf pan, I am certain you will be very pleased with this one.

I have a pair of old Nordic Ware loaf pans no longer available but like these only plainer. Cast aluminum, heavy, smooth sides, dark finish. Even baking, and handles on ends make it easy to (eg) dump hot loaves w/ less chance of burned fingers. So much better than most of the other aluminum loafers with no handles.
