Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing
flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

My son, dtr in law and grandson gave me a gift certificate to Nordic Ware for Christmas, as a baker, I’m very familiar with the brand, and have always loved their products. Now I have a well expanded collection of pans and am working my way through them weekly. There are only 2 of us….but I bake. So the Citrus Blossom pan is not only beautiful, but the cake was so pretty too. I followed the manufacturer instructions and it came out of the pan no problem. Sent pics to the kids, all oohs and ahhs and a few yummy. Clean up was easy too! Nothing stuck in any of the small details and that made the cake even more amazing. Moving on to another pan soon; I think the Magnolia Bundt…I do have 15 different Nordic Ware pans in my collection. Can’t go wrong with Nordic Ware.

Often times these pans have issues with the design and getting the loaf to come out cleanly. Not this one! Not only did it slide right out, it baked beautifully and the design was darling. Perfect for spring baking!

Like all my other 30 or so Nordic Ware pans, this one makes a cake or loaf that has incredible 3D detail, is absolutely stunning, and releases easily from the pan. I love that this pan represents various citrus fruits, and I use it to make lemon-, orange-, and lime-flavored treats. Nordic Ware, please keep making possible such beautiful still-life tableaus on tops of cakes and breads! I will buy them all.
