I first used this bowl to make waffle batter. It was so thick that it could not pour well, so that was highly disappointing. That said, I KNOW this bowl will be useful for many other not-so-thick liquids that I still give it 5 stars! Very thankful to have it. I also LOVE buying USA made!

Great size, handle, spout for pouring, light weight especially when mixing heavy batters! Wanted MADE IN AMERICA, so was happy to find them in my google search for this! Both sizes nest nicely.

I love this bowl! I have used it for mixing pancake batter and cookie dough and cake batter and that was the first week! I love that it can go into the dishwasher that was the main reason I got it!

This is so perfect for making and pouring my batters to be baked. It was the only thing I was missing to prepare cake batter. The spout perfect for pouring. I hope Nordic Ware comes out with one that is bigger for us that make larger potions of batter at one time. It is so worth every penny it costs! Thanks Nordic Ware.

I bought this along with a new waffler to use for waffle and pancake batter. It works well and is easy to clean. It is not a game-changer for me, but it definitely serves it’s purpose. I would recommend it.

My grandmother, who made the best KrumKarker ever said two of the most important tricks to making great Norwegian KrumKarker are using a plastic mixing bowl and letting the batter sit a few hours at room temperature. The reason is an electric mixer adds less air to the batter in plastic than metal and plastic holds the batter at room temperature better. These two things cause less air in the batter, which makes the perfect texture. This is even more true if you want authentic Norwegian crepes!!! Excellent bowl. Makes the batter a completely different taste and texture than glass or metal.

This red bowl and the small version are great we use them on a daily basis for everything. We use a Teflon wisk to make sure we don’t damage them at all because they are soo easy to clean. This is a product that real is useful and makes clean up a breeze
