Pleased to find a healthy saute skillet with a lid–made in the USA–that can go from stove top to oven. The pan bottom could use a little more weight so that there is no chance that it will tip.

I never buy non-stick cookware preferring stainless and cast iron, but a friend urged me to try it for cooking tofu and it’s life changing. So glad I did.

It’s incredibly difficult to find truly Made in America products, especially something like nonstick cookware, so this line from Nordic was a very welcome find (and great to see how honest they are with which pieces of a product aren’t made here). Fit and Finish is great, the nonstick works incredibly well. Time will tell how it holds up but the first few weeks have proven great.
