Hand wash with warm soapy water. Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
We recommend silicone, nylon and wooden utensils for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick.
Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it will diminish the release properties of the nonstick coating with time
Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating properties. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner unattended. Pan is for stovetop
and oven use.
Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve performance and taste of food.
Safe to use on gas, electric and ceramic stovetops.

Love it!!! Everything I expected it to be.

So far the pan is working well. My only disappointment is that “Made in America” was only on the label and not stamped on the pan.

This pan is amazing and held up well after a year. It’s very difficult to burn anything using this, cleans so easily. Don’t use metal utensils on it and you will get a lot of use.

This is a lovely, hefty pan which heats evenly and things do not stick. Very happy with it.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a ceramic nonstick after years of using other kinds. However, I was really pleasantly surprised–this is a great and versatile pan! I use it constantly and it holds up well for all kinds of cooking, from fish to flatbreads. Really glad I purchased.
