My 10 inch spun wok is used more than any pan I have and I’ve been cooking since I was a teenager and now I am eighty years old. We have just two in the house and the size is perfect for a multitude of tasks. In fact, I used it today to reheat Chicken Gumbo. The height of the pan eliminates most splattering and keeps my Wolf gas stove clean. I do not use a high heat and only use non scratch utensils. I will use it carefully as I hope it lasts a long time. It is another great Nordic product ! Thank you
