1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

this pan is so gorgeous I might actually display it. The bread baked evenly and released from the pan easily (I used the cooking spray with flour, per the instructions). Worth it!

Good size for a tea event. Perfect size to make like butter cake or banana bread. Pretty, simple and classy !

I have purchased several products from Nordic Ware and they are ALL of exceptional quality. For baking in particular, these are the BEST quality products I have ever had, even when I paid more.

I have several bundts but thought it would be nice to have a Nordicware loaf pan as well. Had I thought it through I would have realized that once baked the loaf would have risen to a mound in the pan, which I then had to trim down to be able to turn it right side up to see the design and then to glaze. The loaf did come out of the pan beautifully. I think I will stick to a regular loaf pan.

This pan has a nice weight and the handled design makes it easy to manipulate and invert. I’ve made so many Quick breads and cakes during COVID, I wanted something different for under my cake dome. My other pans are all seasonal (fall leaves, lemons etc) but this is great for year round. It leaves a sophisticated impression and the design isn’t ruined by cutting. I also like the weight/thickness so that my bakes don’t singe. Two things: I wish they had a second, larger size and I which it could go into the dishwasher. Despite these wishes, the pan is great as is.

This loaf pan is easy to use and a nice way to make a loaf look a little fancier than a regular loaf. For a sweet bread it makes it easy to cut smaller slices along the edges. Definitely recommend.

This loaf pan made a beautiful gluten free pumpkin bread.. I have had my Nordic Ware bundt pan for over 25 years and I expect this loaf pan will last just as long. Nordic Ware’s customer service is beyond compare. They were helpful, did what they said they would do and in a timely manner. Kudos to Nordic Ware for exceptional customer service and products. Bonus: made in the USA!

I was afraid that my bread would stick because of the pan design. I was wrong bread came out without any difficulty. Beautiful presentation for my family meal.

My favorite loaf pan because it’s beautiful lines make a stand-out loaf. It’s elegant on any table. I use other pans for themes (holidays or to identify the flavor, I.e., lemon or apple) but this is my go-to pan and my friends know me for this loaf.

I have over 20 Nordic Ware bake pans because I love the quality as well as the designs. This pan, however, is ,y go-to favorite for loaf (tea) breads. A simple glaze atop my baking is all that’s needed to make a gorgeous presentation. My loaves have always easily slipped from the pan with nary a crumb left behind. Just thinking about my last loaf is making me want to make another date nut bread spiked with pecan liquor. Oh my.

While not as finely detailed as other Nordic Ware pans, this pan is quality made and makes a beautiful cake!
