This pan is great. Yesterday I baked a simple mufffin recipe (coconut vanilla) and was worried because it was not from the NW site but they came out easily. Perfect size for a small snack. From now on, this is the only pan I will use for muffins

I used to hate making brownies because they tend to stick to the bottom of the pan, and then had to cut them – too much work for a lazy mood when you just want a nice fudgie brownie. ??All this changed when I started to make them in this adorable pan. Each come out perfectly shaped and sized and all I need to worry about is not eating them all in one sitting.

I was excited to purchase this pan (I own MANY nordicware pans!!) mainly to use for cakes, and for some brownies. I have no problem with the cakes (using an oil/flour spray), but I just tried it for brownies the other day (and the brownies recommended using just plain cooking spray) and the brownies stuck so badly – there was NO budging them. even tried putting them in the fridge to see if they would shrink some and that would help. total failure (except we had brownie chunks for topping ice cream, etc…). I was shocked because nordicware has such a great coating AND I used cooking spray. I see now in the product description online, they mention using flour as well (or cocoa) when making brownies with this pan. has anyone ever tried that – and was that the trick to nonstick brownies? I would love to hear from others who have been successful. thanks for any input.

I baked Martha Stewart’s lemon ginger bundt cake recipe in this pan. I baked it for 20 minutes in my conviction oven until it had a nice dark crust. If you bake it for less time the cakes won’t release very well. I used a scant scoop (large size ) from pampered chef for portion control .

Excellent! Perfect size for single serving cakes, and the non stick coating worked beautifully! Each one came out great!
