I do love this pan! I’ve been baking in it for 10years at least, and it always comes out beautifully. Even when it doesn’t! On occasion I’ve had the cake stick, generally because I didn’t grease it well enough. (Spray, then flour is my perfect combo now.) And when it did stick a bit, and a pine tree was felled, I just stuck it back on and covered it with extra icing sugar! I always use a choc cake recipe, and surround it with fresh cherries, which are in season here in Australia at Christmas. Everyone loves it!

Perfect pan, comes out exactly like the pattern. Also very surprisingly easy to clean. Very striking image, especially with a dusting of powdered sugar.

Makes a beautiful cake and works like an usual cake pan with no sticking issues above normal levels

I have had this pan for years. I make a chocolate cake, (sometimes from a mix) dust with powdered sugar and carefully place cherry pie filling in and around it. Voila! Black Forest Cake! It is a show stopper at parties and takes practically no time in the busiest of seasons.

The best cake tins I’ve ever owned. So worth the extra cost. The quality and detail is exceptional.
Delivery to the UK was faultless too!
Thank you!

I love this tin – only used it three times but I’ve had 3 perfect cakes. I used a cake tin spray quite sparingly but brushed it into every part and the cakes came out brilliantly! Everyone is really impressed and I’m very happy (and proud!)

I used this pan for a candied ginger and citrus pound cake. I dyed the batter dark green, then dusted the finished cake very lightly with ground ginger, then with powdered sugar. Cake leased perfectly from the pan and detail on the trees is very clear.

Excellant bundt pan for a showstopper Christmas cake for those like my children who do not like dried fruit or icing.

Saving this one for the Christmas season so have not used it yet. Looks to be of the same high quality as my other Nordic Ware purchases.

I’m in Australia and am so excited to finally have this tin! It works perfectly and everyone loves the look of the cakes I’ve made (and the taste of course). They come out cleanly every time, no sticking at all even with all the nooks and crannies. I’ve already bought more cake tins and have heaps more that I plan to buy.

The tree shape will be great for Christmas cakes making decorated into trees with ornaments & for a camping trip with chocolate logs around the bottom. The trees can also indicate serving sizes. Green food coloring would be a good addition to batter and then decorate with colored sprinkles. I will not recommend this to anyone because I want to be the only one in my family to own this–yes, that’s selfish, but I love the trees and the pan.
