This is a gorgeous pan. I made a Keylime poundcake which came out beautifully even though the details are rather intricate it released beautifully from the pan. I washed it within five minutes it cleaned with little effort, very easy to wash. I almost bought the cleaning brush, which was very helpful.

Beautiful pan! tried to follow instructions to make sure all the crevices were painted with shortening (butter and cocoa) and it released perfectly. Next time I will use a non-chocolate recipe so the design is more visible. Primarily I would like to emphasize if you follow the instructions on the site the release works easily without frustration.

What a lovely pan. It makes the most beautiful cakes. I really love this pan.

When I saw this pan design, I had to add it to my collection. It was a no-brainer. Nodicware always hit the mark. It always gets compliments when I take it anywhere.

I made a mango pudding using the Bavarian mold, and the result was beautiful and exquisite! I brushed the mold with oil and had no problem at all releasing the pudding. Thank you, Nordic Ware!

The worst Bundt pan I ever used. Everything stuck to the bottom and when I was finally able to pop the cake out, most of the top broke off and was still in the pan. It also took forever to wash it, even after I soaked it. Very disappointed. For a non-stick pan which I sprayed with oil before pouring batter in, very poor performance. My 30 year old plain aluminum bundt pan works much better.

I’ve had the Bavaria for a good 20 years, and it gets an outing 3-4 times a year. So brilliant, so professional, it does take some prep in the edges to get a super-cut look (butter, flour-dusting, but results amazing and so clean). Friends think it came from a bakery. For the reviewer who is searching for a great cake for this pan — the Marcella Hazan orange cake ancona-style I have made in the Bavaria for years, you can find on web. Enjoy!

This was an early Christmas gift for my daughter. She wanted to replace old pans with the “real thing”. First cake out of the pan was great. The delivery was quick prices are reasonable for an excellent product.

Beautiful pan! Baked in it the day it arrived!

The cast aluminum is my most favorite! Durable, long lasting, beautiful designs and made in the USA. This product is by far top quality and will last for generations to come.

I have only used it once so far but he pan had a very clean pattern and release when I used it for a gluten free Savarin Cake. This impressed me considering gluten free cakes can be more prone to tearing and sticking. I am very pleased and look forward to using it more over the holidays.

I bake for a living! This pan makes my cakes so pretty I just don’t want to cut them!

I’ve only used the pan twice (in 6 years but had the pan for probably close to 15 years! Waiting for the right recipe, I guess!) and cake came out beautiful both times! I have had more problems with regular bundt pans! It’s the spray w/flour that makes the difference.

I have several bundt pans from Nordic Ware. The compliments for my bundts are endless! Excellent quality. I will be a customer forever!

I was having some difficulty in using my pan, but with the expert advice from NordicWare Customer Service I am on the right track. The cake is so beautiful. I will use this pan quite often. Thank you for great products!

This pan makes a wonderful looking cake when it works. I always brush every nook and cranny with butter, and then dust with flour, as I do with all my bundt pans, however this pan seems to make the cakes stick if the cake is at all light/fluffy/moist. The only cakes I have had success with in this pan are denser cakes, otherwise small pieces tear off and stick to the pan when unmolding. I do not have this issue with other pans.

I am no Baker but this pan fools everyone into believing otherwise. The secret is to butter the pan and coat it in baker’s sugar, which I buy at Whole Foods. I also use coconut oil and flour on occasion and it works too. I tried a spray once. Won’t do it again! I make recipes from the Nordic Ware cookbook and generally they come out, but I also use the Nordic Ware mixes. The pan makes them all look lovely. This is a must have. Since I have been so lucky with this I also got the castle, fleur de Lis, and the little butterfly and bugs baby cakes. All genius. Now if I could just learn to bake better!

Because of all the grooves and ridges in this beauty, I was very nervous about the cake release process even after a pan prep coating – but she released effortlessly to my surprise. She’s a beauty & a keeper. Extremely sturdy and will keep for years.

It’s a high quality pan. Love it!

After the 5th bundt cake I have made in this pan- I think I am going to give up and go back to a simpler design. Every single one stuck so bad! I used all different kinds of things to grease the pan- veg shortening, butter, butter and flour and cooking spray. This design has very small ridges and in every case I lost all of the crust off of the cakes. I fixed them by putting a glaze on the cakes which covered it up but it took several days of soaking the pan and gently scrubbing to remove the stuck on crust.

Made pound cake that was a beautiful sight to see.
I am 75 years old and my recipe was my grandmothers, that is always wanted for my children’s birthdays…now the cakes are just as beautiful as they are delicious.

If your a person who likes edges in your baked goods, then you’ll love it.
I like that it looks beautiful without me having that type of baking skills
