Purchased in early November and have made two cakes, a filled German Chocolate then a Lemon Toasted Coconut Cake. Both came out perfectly and were both beautiful and delicious! I love this pan!

I made a sour cream streusel coffee cake for a baby shower in this pan after just receiving it. Many compliments on the professional appearance of the cake. It’s a heavyweight pan that will get lots of use for years to come!

I own at least eight of the Nordic Ware bundt pans The look and feel of your products speak volumes in quality. Thank you for your creative styles. My pound cakes always take center stage because of the unique look, and delicious taste.

Love, love, love this bundt pan!!! Very heavy, heats evenly, and cleans up like a charm!! Cake has come out clean every time. Designs are beautiful. AND…best of all…it is made in the USA!

I have had my Heritage bundt cake pan for a little over a year. I was waiting for a very special occasion in order to use it. I just got that chance December 2 to bake a cake for a raffle that was part of a bake-sale fundraiser. I followed all the instructions for washing and prepping the pan for baking. I bake a Red Velvet cake and when the cake was done and it was time to get it out of the pan, I could hardly believe my eyes at how defined and cleanly it held the shape. I didn’t want to drizzle a glaze on a Red Velvet cake so I really had to think hard about how I was going to compliment the shape. I consider myself an amateur baker because I do not have any formal training, but I was blown away by what I came up with. The result was spectacular and the winner of the cake was over the moon. I have only one pan in this design but I already know what I will be making and giving for Christmas-Red Velvet cake made in my Heritage Bundt Cake pan….lots of cakes!!

I bought this as a gift for my mom whose signature is a chocolate bundt cake. She loved the design and was very impressed with the quality of the pan. It popped right out after baking since we followed the instructions for preparing the pan. I will definitely be returning for more!

I have had this pan for awhile and it always gives a nice presentation. I usually make a chocolate-chocolate chip cake, so after using Baker’s Joy, I dust it with cocoa powder. I followed the instructions and fill it up 3/4 full, while making sure that the sides and flute have cake batter a little above the level of the rest of the batter. It is a little tricky to remove the cake (not because it sticks, but because of the pan design, I couldn’t quite grasp it without my hands slipping (using silicone gloves or a dish towel)). Once the cake is cooled, I dust it with powdered sugar.

I absolutely love the architectural look of cakes baked in this pan. With very little effort, I can turn out a stunning dessert that always inspires awe. Properly prepared, cake will slide cleanly out of this pan. I’ve never had a cake stick.

This lovely aesthetic and well-crafted pan will make your cake look like a masterpiece. The truly beautiful flow created by the design is quite irresistible and makes the experience of eating a homemade work of art all the more intriguing. The weight of the pan and its material make it a pleasure to use and easy to clean with some soap a soft brush and some warm water. I have several Nordic Ware Pans that I enjoy using. This is reminiscent of spiraling water. Let me add that I do not usually write reviews or rave reviews. I felt compelled to do it this time because the product is so special, easy to use and clean and makes even a cake mix cake look professional

I just used this pan for the first time to make a spiced ginger cake with caramel sauce. The cake cooked perfectly, released like a dream (I had just utilized cooking spray with flour in it), and I got lots of “oohs” and “ahhs” as I poured on the caramel sauce and it streamed down the swirls. A show-stopper for sure!

Probably one of the more friendlier pans for beginners because of its large interior drafts.

I crazy about this pan. Have used it once. I’m liking the results.

I used this pan for the first time today. I was afraid it wouldn’t release. I used the King Arthur lemon bundt cake recipe and the Williams Sonoma Vegelene spray. Cake released beautifully, and was a beautiful golden brown. I have already reccomended this to a friend.

I have used this pan twice, making a chocolate sour cream bundt cake. I simply dusted some icing sugar on top, to not mar its simplicity of design. Chocolate ganache on the side. Rave reviews from my friends!!

When i made this cake not only was it delish but my coworker raved so much about the beautiful Craftsmanship , that i purchased one for her as well. Cant wait to see the look on her face for her Birthday Surprise.

I love the shape and the quality of the material is terrific. Early on I would butter and flour the pan, but it had a tendency to stick somewhere and there is no easy (or pretty) way to get the cake out. I switched to Pam cooking spray with flour and have not had any problems.

I have used this pan in my professional Test Kitchen for years with both traditional and gluten-free batters and have had great results every time. Construction heats evenly. When I was using wheat flour I would prep the pan with baking spray with flour. The first time I made a GF batter I decided to try just using an oil based nonstick spray. Cake still unmolded perfectly. Cooled cake on rack for 15 min then unmolded. Love this pan. It actually inspires me to create new recipes!
