This is Autumn Wreath Bundt Pan is gorgeous! Extremely well made and cakes slid right out after baked. The fact that this was made in America, made it even more special. Keep up the good work Nordicware!!

I’m very familiar with NodricWare pans and love them so much. I used 1/2 Crisco1/2 butter melted to carefully get in all the nook and crannies of this pan. It was a very tasty and beautiful recipe (I live in Loveland, CO. altitude 4982> I filled the pan 3/4ths full and it still came over the top (plus I made 4 cupcakes). The cake was perfect! My issue is that I had to freeze it for 45 min. to get it out of the pan and not entirely successfully.Next time I will use the Baker’s Joy and see if that helps. It was so delicious that I need to try again. I wish there was a way we could all help each other out in these posts like in other sites.

Made an Irish cream Bundt cake in my new autumn leaf pan. Didn’t stick and cooked perfectly, but the beautiful leaves and acorns weren’t obvious. Please advise on which type of cake will accentuate the pan pattern.

The pan is very sturdy. The cake had great detail and tasted very good. It easily came out of the pan. Very pretty cake. Will use this often, not only in the fall, but year around.

I love bundt pans. I have three storage boxes full of them. I have had this one for a while, but used it for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was disappointing. I made the nordic ware pumpkin spice cake recipe that called for the autumn leaves pan (I don’t have that one). The cake popped out with no problem, nothing was left stuck to the pan, but you could barely see the acorns or the leaves. I added a glaze hoping it would make the design easier to see, that didn’t help. I will try it one more time – maybe a pound cake recipe will help with the definition since it is a firmer cake. If that doesn’t work, this one might find itself on ebay. Which is too bad – it looks really pretty from the outside.

Used my autumn bundt pan 1st time, sprayed it as directed with Bakers Joy then brushed to ensure ALL nooks &crannies got coverage. Proceeded to bake your pumpkin cake with ginger cream filling for a party we attended last night. Now baking is not a strength for me, however this came out PERFECT ????. I am beyond thrilled with this pan, have purchased about 6 other seasonal Bundestag to celebrate my new kitchen (more space????) and look forward to using them. Oh, and the ???? itself was the ?? of last nights dinner ????.

This is a great pan! I use Paula Deen’s recipe for fresh apple cake. It looks amazing and tastes great! Make it a day ahead for flavors to blend.

Nice sturdy pan. Beautiful design. Details were not clearly visible/apparent on the first cake that I made. May be better suited for a denser cake.

I used this pan to make a gluten-free pumpkin cake for a ladies group and they all “oohed” and “ahhed” over both the beauty of the cake and it’s scrumptiousness! Planning to make your recipe with the filling for a potluck dinner this Sunday.

Love my autumn bundt pan. My cake turned out as beautiful as in the picture. I gave an engagement party for my daughter and her fiance with a autumn theme.
