1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I already own the heritage bundt pan so when I saw there was a matching loaf pan, I had to purchase it. End result made an absolutely beautiful loaf. An extremely high quality product. I’ll spend the extra money to get a heavy, built to last and the best part – MADE IN AMERICA pan!!

This pan is absolutely PERFECTION! Easy to clean (as long as you properly prepare it before use) and makes a beautiful loaf!! This is my fifth Nordic Ware pan and is already one of my favorites!!

I made a chocolate banana cherry pecan bread in this fun pan, for a sick friend. The batter also made a mini bread and I ate that one. It was so good I made it again, for me! I used my usual pan goop to coat the pan, and sprinkled a little cocoa powder over it. The bread came out perfectly and held its shape wonderfully. Very impressive on a platter. I’m looking forward to making some of my other favorite quick breads in it. The pan is surprisingly easy to clean.

I bought this Heritage Loaf Pan for my husband who liked the shape. But I purchased a Crown round bundt pan so I didn’t want another round pan. This was a wonderful compromise although I didn’t notice at the time it is only 6 cups. With leftover batter we use one mini loaf pan and that solves the problem! AND it can be frozen for later emergencies.

Very, very happy with the Heritage shape and loaf style pan. Every cake/loaf comes out clean using Baker’s Joy.
