I didn’t know how convenient these half sheet grids are for prepping and cooling fried foods until I watched a video. Much easier and less wasteful than always using paper towels. They fit well inside the half sheet pans. I’ll be ordering the grids for the quarter sheet pan when they’re back in stock. I think the smaller grids will be more useful for prep and storage in the refrigerator.

I used this today for the first time, to bake bacon. It worked great. It is slightly less heavy than I expected, but it worked really well.
