Product Reviews

This is my first insulated baking sheet, and I am very satisfied with the quality and functionality. Cookies turn out perfectly.

I love it! The insulated baking sheet bakes cookies wonderfully! I made a large batch of dough, and this sheet was used almost every night until the dough was gone (it lasted about a week), and everyone could not help but fall in love with the cookies! They baked to perfection!

This pan is perfect! I really noticed how good until I was making macaroons on a large cookie sheet & another batch on this pan. They came out way better! I am looking into getting a bigger one now!

Last forever my old insulated pans still work great , this new one will too

These insulated baking sheets are a requirement for any kitchen that uses an oven. I use it to insulate other pans or bakeware that aren’t flat too. Don’t attempt to bake cookies without one of these.

I baked scones on this sheet (using parchment paper). I baked another batch on a regular half sheet at the same time to compare them. The scones on this sheet turned out fine, perfectly done on the bottoms. Since this baking sheet is square, I could position it so that all the scones were an equal distance from the oven wall on all four sides. This sheet does stay hot longer when you remove it from the oven, even when running water on it to cool it off. So you have to be more careful when washing it after baking. The little holes on the bottom corners also let water get inside, and it may drip out when you put it away. So it has to be allowed to drain for a bit.
