Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick
coating and may dull the exterior of your pan.
3. Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating properties. Excessive heat
can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on
nonstick surfaces.
5. Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner
unattended. These will both cause damage to the pan’s cooking properties.
6. While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve performance and
taste of food.
7. Handles will become hot with extended cooking. Always use an oven mitt
when handling.
8. Oven-safe to 450°F. Do not use under broiler.

I use this pan for everything but Paella! I use it for Turkey at Thanksgiving, Ham at Easter, it makes great scrambled eggs or Denver Omelets for a large crowd, 6 grilled cheese sandwiches at a time, warming up tortilas for tacos, just to name a few things to cook in it. It is so versatile from the stove top to the oven.
Most of all I love three features about this pan:
1..The small handles on the pan, they do not get in the way when I have other pans on the stove or when I move it to the oven!
2..EASY Clean UP!
3..It is MADE IN THE USA!!!!! Since it is made here, I know there are NO POISONOUS chemicals or materials used in the making of this pan.
This is My GO TOO PAN!
My only wish is … it had a lid, then I could make rice in it 🙂
