Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
5. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I have a pan very much like this that I bought 30(?) years ago. I ordered a new one do I could bake two cakes at once. The most telling difference, and so far the one that really matters- is my older pan while heavier etc has handles on the sides. These handles – just solid expanded edges that stick out , make ALL the difference when moving the pan or MOST importantly flipping a pan on a rack . I wish Nordicware had continued to make my pan with those handles. Next pan I buy I will be certain to look for that feature. Otherwise the pan, so far has performed very similarly to my wonderful old pan.

I have had my Original Bundt Pan since 1981. We were stationed in England at the time of purchase. I still use and I love it. Makes a wonderful cake. Thank you Nordic!

So far the pan this is the pan I use the most from my small Nordic Ware collection. Probably because it makes the biggest cake. Cake never sticks, and Lemon yogurt one is always a hit among family and friends.

I found an avocado green Bundt pan at the thrift store. Brought it home, washed it up and it bakes amazing cakes. I love this pan.

This is the first Bundt pan I have purchased. The quality of the mold and the pan are excellent. I was a little nervous about turning my first cake out (Even though I had buttered and floured the pan), and was so pleasantly surprised that the release was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend!

I was searching for a good heavy pan to bake pound cakes and came across this one at my local Walmart. The price was a little more than I wanted to spend at the time, and you do get what you pay for, but I’m glad I did! I’ve gotten compliments on my cakes in this pan many times. From my experience, lighter pans should be sprayed with a non-stick spray, but since this one is a darker, pretty weighty cast iron, it is best used with the real butter and flour, and my cakes would come out golden every time! I sometimes even have to adjust my baking time because it cooks a little faster than other pans. Cakes slide out very easily and clean is up done in no time! This is my forever pan! Thanks Nordic Ware!

I have my mother’s Nordic Ware bundt pan. I don’t know when she purchased it (1960’s or 70’s maybe?), but it is well seasoned. I love it. I never wash it with soap, or use anything abrasive to clean it. I purchased tihs one for a gift so I won’t have to share mine.

Love this pan! Cakes pop out every time and have a nice golden color to them.

I received this, and several other Nordic Ware bundt pans in preparation for an upcoming holiday market. I’ve used other bundt pans, but they always stick to the side, no matter how much I spray and flour them. I’ve made 3 cakes so far, and they’ve all come out perfectly clean. I’m looking forward to experimenting with the other 5!! shapes I bought and being the bundt Queen of the holiday market this year! 🙂

I recently inventoried my Bundt pans. I own 24. This pan was my very first, purchased in approximately 1980. It continues to be the best pan in my collection and turns out a perfect cake every time with no sticking issues. I use a spray that contains flour and my pan is ready in a few seconds. The procast aluminum is the best quality and heaviest of all the Bundts I own. I highly recommend.

Purchased pans from jcp 5 years ago; bakes over 75 cakes per year; all cakes turn out tasting and looking great; had sticking problems recently, resolved it by doubling up on brushed on oil, flower, and spray flour combination & cakes turned out great again; I believe my dish washing pans contributed to pan sticking, thus, I am replacing them and following Nordic Ware use and care directions in future to prevent future sticking problems.

Have used mine for many, many years, for family and friends Bday cakes. Made the mistake recently to buy another (heavy) brand, to give to my children with a cake and my recipe, as I am getting up there in years…big mistake!!! No comparison, those pans are going back and I will buy Original Nordic Ware Procast Bundt Pans for them also…well worth the extra bit of money…To the lady, that was having problems with release of cake…though non-stick, butter & flour pan before baking…after baking, leave in pan upright for 10 minutes, then turn over WITH the pan & put on a grate & let it cool ( I use a 12″ mesh splatter guard covered with a paper towel, to turn it onto first… and then put that on the grate…eliminates lines from the grate).

I bought this because it is heavy and well made. But I wish someone could tell me how to keep my pound cakes from sticking so badly. Every cake I have made has fallen apart as I try to get it out of the pan. I grease and flour as the recipe says but…today the whole bottom of the cake was left in the pan. HELP

I received this as a present for Christmas and I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve used this about 5-6 times in 2 days, as the simple shape makes for a very good looking cake, with some decoration its a show stopper! I’ll be looking for more of the Nordic Ware pans here in the UK.

I love the Nordicware Bundt pan I’ve had for decades. Just bought one for my mom and she can’t wait to use it. Cakes always turn out perfect – beautiful shape and slide out of the pan without a hitch. Just the right shape to pop onto a pretty serving plate and take to a meeting or party. A ton of good recipes out there and easy to adapt old layer cale recipes as well. The nonstick surface makes clean-up quick and easy. Appreciate the great product and great service. Thanks Nordicware!

I used this pan to make my first bundt cake and it was great to use! I put butter and then flour in the pan and the cake just came right out. Very easy to clean. Well made.

I wanted the original bundt shape and size with the best quality available, and this is it. Since I sell baked goods to others at work, I wanted the classic look, rather than specialty shapes, and this one is perfect. Your customer service recommended letting the cake sit in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to cool. That’s what I always do, and it slips out easily without any sticking.
