1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I just returned to baking after many years and within a couple of months accumulated quite a collection in various styles and sizes. This pan is an exceptional quality like all my other Nordic Ware cast aluminum pans. I love this size for individual cakes. They are slightly oversized for an individual, IMO, if served after a large meal. But as a small meal on its own with a cup of milk or tea – such a fantastic serving. I can see myself using this quite often.

You’ll make a good impression with this pan, in your kitchen and with your cakelettes done using it! Very strong, heavy cast aluminium, you’ll not find a better quality pan than Nordic Ware ones!
