1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Nylon or silicone utensils are recommended.

So far so good… This pan is one of the few that fits into a countertop oven (mine’s rather large, a Wolf Gourmet) and it’s seen many a pizza in the short time I’ve owned it. I get good crusts and quick cooking with the oven’s top temperature of 450 degrees F, way too low for pizza really. So far dough hasn’t stuck to the non-stick despite all the crust I burned onto the pan in a disastrous experiment with the pellet grill. The pan’s heavy enough not to warp — so far– and cleans up with a swish of a dishcloth. I’m careful with all my aluminized steel pans — no dishwasher, no abrasives, and encourage a similar regime for all who buy this pan.
