Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating
on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
4. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
5. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.”

Maybe just a little less heavy than typical Nordicware pans, but performed like a champ! Purchased two, and used both a few mornings after they arrived. I’d love to be able to dish-wash, but hand washing is a small price to pay for keeping a nice pan nice. Another winner!

I am very pleased with this product, well made as expected and I anticipate it will last for many years.

The coating came off mine on first use. Don’t know why. Did not use metal utensils and temp was at 400. Made gluten free bagels.

I used this pan the same day it arrived, and yes, yes, yes – you can have baked donuts! I had been looking at this pan (as well as the mini-donut pan) for some time and decided to just go ahead and buy it. The donuts come out looking just like the pictures! My only complaint is the baking time was about three minutes too long, but then again, that just might be my oven. Yumm-O!

I love this pan! The donuts turn out just right -my only suggestion is to reduce the baking time to 10 – 12 minutes if you’re using a convection oven.
